反擊式破碎機(jī)(新型反擊式破碎機(jī)):
反擊式破碎機(jī),是利用沖擊能來破碎石料的碎石機(jī)械。反擊式破碎機(jī)工作時(shí),在電動機(jī)的帶動下,轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn),物料進(jìn)入板錘作用區(qū)時(shí),與轉(zhuǎn)子上的板錘撞擊破碎后拋至反擊襯板上再次撞擊破碎,然后又從反擊襯板上彈回到板錘作用區(qū)重新撞擊破碎,此過程重復(fù)進(jìn)行,石料由大到小進(jìn)入第一、第二、第三破碎腔重復(fù)進(jìn)行破碎,石料經(jīng)被破碎后由出料口排出。調(diào)整反擊架與轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙或調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,改變出料粒度。
反擊式破碎機(jī)破碎產(chǎn)出的成品石子呈似立方體、無張力、無裂縫,符合高速公路、高速鐵路、攪拌站等對石子的質(zhì)量要求。適用于中等偏硬以下硬度、進(jìn)料粒度≤300mm、出料粒度≤50mm石料的破碎(具體進(jìn)出料粒度要根據(jù)石料硬度并通過選擇機(jī)型來確定)。
公司對反擊式破碎機(jī)的技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。轉(zhuǎn)子板錘采用卡塊壓緊裝置裝配,裝卸簡便、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安全可靠;科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)撞擊角度,增大撞擊力,使石料在破碎腔內(nèi)下行過程中重復(fù)多次形成石料與板錘、石料與反擊襯板、石料與石料之間相互撞擊,從而提高石料的破碎率、提高成品產(chǎn)量、降低磨損成本;在兩腔機(jī)型中增加底座撞擊襯板,形成第三破碎腔,增加撞擊次數(shù);側(cè)門加大,板錘、反擊襯板更換或機(jī)腔內(nèi)檢查維護(hù)更加方便。
新型反擊式破碎機(jī),主軸改用40Cr鋼材加工;軸承改用歐洲優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌專用軸承;增加配置均衡送料器,使石料在破碎腔內(nèi)分布均勻,增加石料的撞擊面;采用Z型板錘、板錘利用率高;采用可移動式方鋼,當(dāng)板錘磨損、板錘與方鋼間隔過大時(shí),移動方鋼避免間隔過大而漏料,確保石料的全部撞擊破碎,從而保證成品石子的質(zhì)量。已獲國家專利。
Impact Crusher(New Type Impact Crusher):An impact crusher is a stone crushing machinery using impact energy to crush stones . When the impact crusher is working, the rotor driven by the electromotor rotates at a high speed, and the stones enter the functioning area of blow bars and impact the blow bars mounted on the rotor and are crushed , and then thrown onto the impact liners to be crushed again by impact, and rebounded into the functioning area of blow bars to be crushed once more by impact. Such a process will be repeated for stones to enter the 1st, 2nd and 3rd crushing cavity based on the size range from big to small until the crushed stones are small enough to escape from the bottom discharging port . It is possible to change the discharge sizes by adjusting the space between the impact rack and the rotor , or by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotor .
The crushed stone product produced by impact crusher is of a similarly cubic shape , free of tension and free of fissures, meeting the requirement of high quality stipulated by expressway , high-speed rail and cement mixing station and so on. It is suitable for crushing stones with less than medium hardness and with feeding sizes of no more than 300 mm and discharging sizes of no more than 50 mm(however, the specific feeding and discharging sizes should be decided by the stone hardness and by choosing crusher models .).
Our company has optimized the technical parameters of impact crusher . Blow bars on the rotor are assembled with clamping block devices , easy to be installed and dismantled ,and safe and reliable to operate. The impact angles are designed scientifically , increasing the impact force . Repeated impact between stones and blow bars , between stones and impact liners, and rock-on-rock will occur for many times when the stones move down in the crushing cavity, leading to higher crushing rate and higher finished product output, and less abrasion cost . Impact liners are added on the base of the two-chamber type impact crusher for forming the third crushing cavity and increasing impact times . The side door is enlarged, and it becomes more convenient to replace blow bars and impact liners, or to make examinations and carry out maintenance inside the machine chamber.
New Type Impact Crusher : The main shaft is made of 40Cr steel instead. Dedicated quality bearings of European brand are used instead ; an equilibrium feeder is added, allowing stones to distribute uniformly in the crushing cavity and improving the utilization of impacting space inside the crushing cavity. Z type blow bars are adopted for higher utilization rate of blow bars. Movable square steel is adopted . When the gap between the blow bar and square steel becomes too big because of blow bar abrasion , the square steel may be moved to avoid too big gap and stone leakage , ensuring all stones crushed by impact and the quality of finished gravels. The new type impact crusher has been awarded national patent .
